Marketing is more of a process than anything else. It includes every aspect of what a company does to make itself known to the outside world. To many companies, dollars and time spent on marketing are considered necessary evils, but if done right, marketing can be an investment in molding the shape and image of a company while building size and profitability. And yes, it can be a pleasant experience.
